Terms of Service: Vizraama Resort Udaipur Co-ownership

1.  Co-ownership Eligibility:

   – Co-ownership at Vizraama Resort Udaipur Holiday Vacation Co-ownership (“the Resort”) is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.

   – Co-ownership is transferable.

2. Reservation and Booking:

   – Co-owners may book accommodations and amenities subject to availability.

   – Reservations must be made in advance, and all bookings are subject to the Resort’s reservation policies and procedures.

   – Co-owners must adhere to the Resort’s cancellation policy. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of booking fees or charges.

3. Usage and Facilities:

   – Co-owners are entitled to use the facilities and amenities offered by the Resort during their stay.

   – The Resort reserves the right to restrict access to certain facilities or amenities for maintenance or operational reasons.

   – Any damages caused to Resort property or facilities by Co-owner shall be the responsibility of the Co-owner and may result in additional charges.

6. Code of Conduct:

   – Co-ownership  are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner at all times.

   – Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive by Resort staff may result in suspension or termination of Co-ownership privileges.

7. Liability and Indemnification:

   – The Resort shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property incurred during the Co-owner’s stay.

   – Co-owners agree to indemnify and hold the Resort harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from their use of Resort facilities or services.

8. Amendment and Termination:

   – The Resort reserves the right to amend these terms of service at any time, with or without prior notice.

   – Co-owners may be terminated by either party with written notice, subject to any applicable terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law:

   – These terms of service shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Resort operates.

By becoming a member of Vizraama Resort Udaipur Holiday Vacation Membership, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the termination of membership privileges.
